Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Pool towels are tiny, no robes.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

I stayed overnight in Golden as part of a golf trip. I was very pleased to have selected the Prestige Inn for my night's stay. The staff member who assisted me at check-in was above helpful. He ensured the process was quick and easy, while keeping a casual conversation between us. I was offered an upgrade at no charge, which was awesome. The room was very clean and you could see that the staff took pride in their work. I found the room to be quiet. There was a restaurant and a liquor store attached to the Inn, which was a nice bonus.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel. We had a 5 star experience! Happy at the front desk was awesome and I hope management recognizes her excellent customer service! She assisted us in making a last minute reservation, the check in process was made very easy by her. Happy was knowledgeable about the area and made great suggestions of what sight seeing to do the following day. Happy, thank you again for making our experience at the hotel pleasant and a memorable stay in Golden!

Jordan did a fantastic job checking us in and answering all our questions. He even recommended a restaurant that we truly enjoyed. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the lobby offered all the essentials. The location is excellent, right off the highway, making it very convenient. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place!

A bit pricey for the room at $250.00/Night IMO. The hotel is nice and the rooms are recently renovated. Typical of upgraded hotel rooms today, they spend on nice material then cheap out on the labour. The tile really suffered those cuts in a very poorly installed and poorly finished job. A fridge in the room and coffee/coffee maker. We had a King size bed and the bathroom has a stand up shower and a full soaker tub. The hotel has a small pool and hot tub, although we were disgusted to see several woman bathing in them in full clothes and Hijabs so we didn't use those facilities to our disappointment. I would have liked to see the staff step up and ask tehm to dress appropriately to swim. Their was no continental breakfast and teh attached restaurant was closed so the breakfast options were nil. All in all, the above would explain why the four star and why I thought the price was high for what they offer. The service was good, most of the staff friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Positive experience staying at this hotel. We used this as a half way point while driving from Alberta to Okanagan and the room was very clean, and bed was super comfortable. Location to the downtown area of Golden is not great if you plan to walk, but still doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fitness centre is small but well stocked with dumbbells.

Although it isn’t a five star hotel. It is a clean and have all basic necessities needed for guests to stay. 5 minutes drive to downtown. About an hour away from Yoho and Banff National Parks. Plenty of petrol stations nearby.
